I purchased these amazingly tasty chickens last fall and can’t wait to do so again this year. Each chicken was consistently delicious, tender, juicy and tasty (and the bones made excellent, hearty stock!). Some friends of ours came over for dinner and we served them a roasted chicken from our order… never before had I seen someone rave about chicken! The only problem with them is that we ate them way too fast. I should have gotten twice as many, a problem I will remedy soon.
